Loeva La Ragione is a digital anthropologist who specializes in digital humanities, virtual worlds, game studies and online practices. After completing her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Political Science, she pursued a Doctorate in Social Sciences and Anthropology. Her research focuses on human interactions in connected environments, as well as the impact of new technologies on politics and society. At the Digital Humanities Lab, she is working on political communication within video games and their online platforms.

Loeva is a member of the Laboratory of Cultural and Social Anthropology at the University of Lausanne, a member of the DSI Gaming Community at the University of Zurich, and an associate of the GameLab Lausanne.
